Shaco the most usless assassin in game

Yes, he needs a full relaunch... but it looks like he is just going to get a minor tweak and some minor effect updates until he can get the full treatment.

hes not really an assasin hes more of a fighter imo ... assasins need to be quick at killing at then get out ... shaco goes in and uses W and R to auto as many times proccing passive to kill

I'm not sure what game you're playing, but Shaco is a top performer in the hands of a skilled player.

Per op.gg is in a good state and I see players do well with him. I personally don’t like his kit and have never done well.

Yes. Yes. Somewhat yes.

Almost as if you have to use his kit to outplay people and utilize the potential of the champion over braindead stats until you're fed.
