No, it hasn't. Riot continues to buff things that are overpowered and nerf things that are underpowered. You are force to play in an extremely narrow champion pool because of the meta.

I think we have shifted into a pretty balanced state . I love this game .
They finally nerfed something like Electrocute, just to make other absurd changes like gutting Sejuani, Tahm and so on (people say 'cause LC$). Plus, matchmaking is still (intentionally?) flawed, so nearly every game is a stomp for one side.

Yeah, turrets are still made of paper but they are going to work on them so yeah, i'm kinda satisfied with the current state of the game.

Game is fine in my opinion i can careless about patches because it doesnt effect me. I stopped cause of community crying over everything and toxic over anything doesnt matter the elo to much crying and toxicity
If u left because the state of the game 2 months ago was not to ur liking then i advise to just be an observer of proplay, enjoy worlds and start playing again in preseason, givin they go through with all the promised changes without having some last minute riot changes to them that screw them up.
