Isn't Vayne a bit overtune?

Vayne is a scary champion, to the point I am willing to banned her 100% including if my own teammate wants to pick her. She does so much damage just because she got very good burst damage thanks to PTA and Silver Bot. She just take a chunk of my hp with her 3 basic attack.

Pretty bad early. Pretty disgusting late. Does no one run lethal tempo? It looks like EVERYONE but me takes PTA. I'm so bad :(

No, she's fine now.

Her winrate is down almost 2% after the recent nerfs to her R and Rageblade.

Jinx is overtuned.
