Getting Secondary more than Primary?

I have been getting my secondary role in draft more often than my primary (I tend to alternate between jg / top and top / jg) no matter which order I put my two options in. It has been happening for the past few days / week.

I'm not one with many complaints about the draft system, or even the queues. I have been pretty happy for the majority of the time since we ditched old solo / duo + select.

Just thought I would field this and see if anyone else has noticed a spike in this lately, discounting support secondary picks.
