Untill now, no team has won the World Championship and then appeared at Worlds the following season.

Go figure it would be SKT that is the first.

There is now the curse looming over everyone's head of going against SKT who have never LOST a worlds they attended.

Nobody said the curse was about not going consecutively. It could be just about winning consecutively
