Every Troll / Inter / Griefer I come across continues to play

Title.

I (in extreme cases) will sometimes note the summoner names of people who hard int or otherwise ruin games I am in. Now I do not do this if someone simply feeds. Only if they feed and say things in chat that clearly indicate malicious intent. I will report them after the game and check up maybe a day later, or two days later.

Never once have I seen a pattern of play that indicates any type of suspension. I also do not get the Feedback Reports that Riot once gave out. Between this account and one other, this probably sums up to 5 or 6 individuals. Hell, I once even got chat restricted for lashing out at someone while they were inting and taking farm from my lane.

Riot isn't punishing trolls. Only people who say rude things in the blockable square. Change my mind.

To ensure that you don't move the goalposts, what sort of evidence would be considered sufficient for changing your mind?

I've done the exact same and they never ever get banned.

Unless you say the words toxic, reported or feeder riot don't want to punish you.

Delusional responses so far an inter is someone choosing to die by intent which is very clear (running past the enemy into towers without even trying to hit them, running down the lane into towers with no acknowledgment of anyone or thing in sight). It's sad how much there Riot fanboys try to support everything that they do or in this case don't do.

i reported a user to support sharing phishing links. He is still playing right now.

So with that in mind riot does not look.. legit.

Just too much to handle. Banning accounts is not a long-term solution because trolls/verbal abusers keep making new accounts. There is no interim for them to work at reforming their behavior. And that's why their work load doesn't reduce. I think that they just don't have the staff to take care of everything.
