what no i disagree with w being castable while moving it should have a 250 mana cost and a 250 ms travel time

Why do you think she needs a nerf, though? She does have decent burst, yes, but she's crippled by high mana costs and long cooldowns.

her ult deals too much damage for something that's so easy to land, and she zones almost every single champion in the game in lane. ziggs bomb is so difficult to land, and does less damage, and is on a longer cooldown.

Zigg's ult has longer range, and has the added bonus of instantly destroying huge minion waves. Plus he requires less setup than Lux does, since her laser is narrow.

Ziggs trades lockdown CC, the ability to cast a shield, and ult speed for greatly increased zoning capabilities, easier waveclear, cheaper and more effective poke damage, and an (albeit somewhat gimmicky) escape mechanism.

Don't get me wrong, though. I love playing both Ziggs and Lux, but Lux is currently much weaker, particularly as tanks continue to gain prominence.

I think they do that on purpose to give pursuers a moment of opportunity to catch her while she shields herself.

Why make such a strong title and then make your thread so weak? I expected a well thought out rant about what is wrong with Lux and why you hate her so much. Instead the body of your message (if we can call it that) sounds more like a buff than a nerf. ..
