Nerf Akali so I can keep permabaning Lulu

I don't want to play against Lulu since I think her kit is the most obnoxious toxic kit (And also, totally easy to play)

I cant permaban her like i did for so many time because Akali appeared, and if she's open, she will dive me at lvl 1 because how stupid op her is.

Can you delete Lulu or Nerf Akali?
