Please think about the rest of your team. If you aren't counter picking something like 
then you have to stomp your lane to be useful. If you didn't do either of those 2 than you are playing to be carried, because you are not a meta champion and are going to be out scaled. Teemo is Riots cruel joke. Stop loosing LP and pick a viable champion, or play him in normal.

It would be hilarious if he was picked up by an esports team, and just crapped all over other top lane players. There's also the guy who's reached Masters off playing loads of Jungle Teemo.
