@Meddler Are there changes plannes for the vision system regarding stealth champions?

This whole vision system and stealth champ thing is comletely unhealthy for the game. In short, if a stealth stealth champion becomes viable with the current vision system (Evelynn) = undeniably broken and gets nerfed hard. Are there changes planned to ensure that these stealth can become bursty and viable yet not broken?
