As a Zyra main, I was more than excited to hear there are some changes in the works. But apparently they are delayed till 5.18. Can we get a preview/some infos about those changes and what direction you want to go with her please? =)

Also can you semi revert the previous nerf and raise her passive CDR to 15% on W. Having 35% with Athenes/Morellos is awkward.

Sona doesn't suffer the same problems as Zyra as Sona is more purely support and Zyra is a more mage but people like taking her support like Annie (that was a lot of likes). And their isn't much tanky support itemization, they're are tanky items that tanks buy << and if you are a tanky support you can buy them too albeit they don't necessarily HELP your team thaat much. 
Sona suffers the problem of just qwe w/e and you're helping your team, thats why its difficult to buff her because shes really not doing anything that demands too much skill, shes like low risk low rewards as she dosen't take much risk so she has basic rewards.

First of all, thank you for replying the post. In my opinion, her plants are decent at early level (damage is fine). Later on mid-late game, her plants would die instantly or become useless if being hit by AOE abilities like Miss Fortune E (Make It Rain). So I think that you can buff her plants' health by Zyra's level? or make the plants take at least take some damage from abilities and not die instantly? I also like the idea that Zyra gets some movement speed when she is close to her plants. This could be her passive or her W's passive. I think the cool down on her W passive is not that useful and can be remove because I think most Zyra's players max Q first and then E second, then Ultimate, and finally W. This means that you only need to put 1 point in W (2% cd bonus) which later will be max last. So exchanging the CD bonus to movement speed bonus when Zyra is close to her plants should be meaningful in her kit. Sorry for my bad English lol. Thank you for reading.

ANY CHAMPION THAT HAS CC IS VIABLE AS SUPPORT /scratch that/ ANY CHAMPION IS VIABLE AS SUPPORT e-e The only reason Zyra would not be chosen as a support after changes is if they nerfed her base damages cause they're pretty high which is the ONLY reason people play Zyra support aside from liking Zyra in the support role.

Wow I never thought about that O-O, I also wouldnt mind waiting past 5.18 if we we're able to get bigger changes to Zyra and not just number changes if thats what would happen.
