He should be pulled to them. No reason a steam golem can pull a giant Monster. Considering how big it is in the (Vi Vs Blue Buff) splash art, there is no reason he should be able to pull things that size. He can't pull Baron or Dragon. No reason he shouldn't be pulled to them.
