It really should be against the rules. Feeding non-stop and going on about how drunk you are is basically the same as Int-ing. You know you aren't going to play well when intoxicated, so seems pretty intentional to me.
Shaco went 3-16 Varus went 1-16 and did 6k damage

the same could be said for the fact that i dislike players like you, and that no one cares how sober you are my friend ;D but it doesnt matter what i like, it matters what good in game. Drunk is fine, asshole is not.

i don't care. if they are feeding just report them simple as that. It doesn't matter if they are trolling, or drunk or whatever. They are intentionally feeding then just report them. Simple as that. Like is said, there is literally zero way for you to know if they are actually drunk or not. There is literally zero way for you to know if any excuse anyone is making online is real or not. Making rules that require you to actually know these type of things makes no sense since you have no way of proving it. That is why just the act of intentionally feeding or trolling is a reportable thing without any sort of context and the punishment is exactly the same

i think zephyrdrake was saying that they may have used i am drunk as an excuse to int hopeing they wouldent get reported,because they are drunk(atleast thats how i understood him)

Honestly they lost LP themselves too. It sucks, but they've been punished in a way.
Also if someone says it as a joke because they're playing terribly, (similar 'lag') we can't tell the difference between that and being actually drunk.
