Why is she the only mage (I can off hand think of) left in the game that has a CLICK ON Q.... She is already extremely strong, and profoundly easy to play. Please rework her to have her Q a skill shot... Sincerely everyone that has to lane against her! The skill gap between a bad Annie, and someone in the LCS playing Annie is far far shorter than any other champion. She is arguably the most basic champion in the game. Please rework her to be less user friendly.

Annie is up for the Mid-year Mage Rework. Also, basic champions need to exist. Sounds kind of off, but a noob can't come in and pick up Yasuo or Riven, both who have high skill caps, and do well. They'll focus more on mastering the champion than mastering the decision-making of not making some stupid play.

Annie and maybe Malz are the only mages capable of keeping them in check. They are necessary evils or else the aforementioned champs would continue to be bullshit.

She is not the most basic champion in the game these 2 are: Garen : All you have to do is press E then walk around, Seriously Press E and win XinZhao : Most basic combo I've ever seen EWQ point and click and auto attack that isn't hard either

Swain Q+E, Malz E, Kass Q, Vlad Q, Cass E and Fiddesticks W if you want to be picky. Not that those guys are the paragons of healthy gameplay, but it's not unique to her.

That's actually not really true. At higher level play, bad annies do very poorly while good annies do quite well. Having no mobility and being heavily based around finding opportunistic initiations actually increases the skill requirements to play her when compared to other, more forgiving champions. Basically, her mechanical difficulty is low compared to anyone, but her strategic decision making requirement is much higher than many mobile champions because she has fewer options and thus has to be more adept at picking out ideal situations. That's still a skill, even if she does not have a skill shot.

Please rework her to have her Q a skill shot

We have been guaranteed that this will not happen when she is reworked. The ult will not receive a delay either. However, her upfront burst on the ult combo may be decreased.

If they made Annie Q a skillshot they would have to give her compensation buffs, probably to her other damage spells to make up for loosing a lot of reliable damage. That would not be fun.

Annie is,perfect as she is. I feel like she's a very good, simple champion who's not over powered or under powered. Sure, she can utterly remove some champions from the game (but then, that's all a part of counter picks) but her kit isn't a problem. What IS a problem is the increasing amount of mobility in the game and the slow, ritualistic removal of targeted crowd control that directly counters it. It's becoming a huge problem with the sheer safety that the lack of point and clicks affords assassins, as we see the rise of things like Kalista in her early days, Ekko, and of course Zed.

Her Q isn't even the problem. It's that pseudo-skillshot ultimate she has (which basically is a point and kill)
