Slight Draven Buffs.
Everyone knows of draven's god earlygame. But if you don't close out fast then he falls off almost as much as lee sin. The itemization changes hurt him, especially those uncalled for bloodthirster nerfs. (smaller shield but it lasts longer) In teamfights he has low range and no escape, making him an easy target for really anyone with a semi instant gapcloser. First, make the range on his Q scale with level, Possibly 10-15 bonus range per Q level, This will make him safer and give him more motivation to catch axes in teamfights. Second, you can make his E go from a slow to a stun depending on how close the opponent is. This also gives dravens choice on, "Do I use my E for more damage, or do I save it in case I get jumped on?" Finally, you can just increase the HP per level, giving him just more raw survivability.
