PBE patch, big anticipation for that Ornn nerfs

Thanks God. Finally. After not nerfing him in patch 8.3 maybe next patch will bring salvation. I read that juicy nerf on his W cooldown which he could spam all day long with no windows to get a trade in between his cooldowns, but I see huge list of changes. So hyped up to see that broken champ gutted finally I see that joke of a Riot balance team change:

Shield duration from 2,5 to 4? Like WTF. It was supposed to be a nerf. Brittle duration nerfed? Wow. Great nerf. not like birttle nearly always apply because without predicting that Ornn wants to W you and using your mobility spell you wont be doding it. And of course his auto attacks have so ridiculously long range for a meele that he auto attacks you and procs brittle over 3 creeps standing between you and him. This nerf changes nothing.

Oh but thats not end yet. He gets buffed again. Its not enough he already 100-25 you with one skill rotation. He gets OVER DOUBLED BASE DAMAGE ON E AND INCREASED ARMOR AND MR RATIO SCALING. WHO THE HELL IS ACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT DUMB CHANGES?

Same with gnar. You give him some pitiful nerf that won't change anything just will make he will spam next boomerang 2s later, but instead he gets base dmg increase on E and huge AD scaling buff on his R. WTF? You dont need to compensate deserved nerfs that should be done long ago. For Gnar its like 2 years or more.

This game becomes such a casual fiesta its sad. Everything must do damage because kids can't stand dying and not killing enemy. So lets give those kids damage on tanks so they cant die but they can burst and DPS enemy at the same time. Seriously Riot. Change whole your balance team to people who actually know what Tank is supposed to actually do.

You said it yourself, Ornn can zone you for 3 less seconds every 13 (19) seconds. Thumbs up to Riot for this one!

It does! And with the reduced Brittle duration, you can back off for 3 seconds instead of 6 and not get out-traded by his knockback.

It's not a buff. Previous E did 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 30% bonus armor) (+ 30% bonus magic resistance) if you were in the charge and 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+ 30% bonus armor) (+ 30% bonus magic resistance) if you were hit by the shockwave (knockup). They transferred all the damage on the shockwave (80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 30% bonus armor) (+ 30% bonus magic resistance)). If you are hit by the shockwave, you take 0 / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 (+ 20% bonus resist) less damage. If you are hit by the charge, you take 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 30% bonus esists) less damage.

WHO THE HELL IS ACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT DUMB CHANGES?

Assuming Gnar maxes Q first and R whenever possible ... Lvl 1 Q : 1 extra second downtime on Q Lvl 2 Q : 0.875 extra second downtime on Q Lvl 3 Q : 0.75 extra second downtime on Q Lvl 4 Q : 1.25 extra second downtime on Q Lvl 5 Q : 1 extra second downtime on Q For an average of 1 extra second downtime on Q. It's pretty huge, that's one extra second of harass at all levels.

"bonus AD ratio increased from 20% to 70%" Assuming Gnar goes Sorcery + Precision (I went on op.gg and chose the one with the highest winrate), Mallet and BC, he gets 12+30+40=82 bonus AD in his build. For a grand total of 41 extra damage on his R, when he gets both items, on a ~80 seconds cd conditional ability.

Btw, did you see this? "Frozen Mallet Ranged attack slow lowered from 30% to 15%"

Huge nerf to Gnar.

Frozen Mallet slow for ranged champions has been nerfed to 15% from 30%. it now will be useless on him.

nice R buff but useless. Us mains dont build much damage. doesnt have the attack range a adc does. has the worst base armor in the game as well scaling as he levels up.

this new champion is a bit retarded, not very cool to do that much damage while also being immortal. let's hope these nerfs do something lul
