This player must be banned - if not it will be a clear sign of riot not giving a damn

Story is short. I was doing scuttle in top side river. Enemy jungler came so i pinged for help. My top laner singed has came to help using ghost and forced WW flash. Because apperantly enemy top laner was literally blind I decided to end up the scuttler and smite it so I can hit lvl 3, gank and get singed a lead. However he suddenly tped to base tower, went to shop and bought as many control wards as possible and spammed them in base. Second later he started flaming me because I got scuttler. He flamed me for not giviong him scuttler after he burned ghost to help me. He kept sitting near tier2/tier3 turret, flaming really really hard (the amount of insults was just unexpected) and whenever he had teleport he tped down to any lane to give free kills. This guy got upset for no reason like I was entitled to give him scuttler and trolled the entire game because of it. He wanted to lose it. Thanks God actually we had really good bot lane that stomped enemy, which doesnt change the fact his purpose was to lose the game and be toxic troll.

Im not the only one who reported this player. I freaking DEMAND a ban for this player. If I see that he is still playing without any punishment this will be yet another troll that got unpunished after attempting to ruin the game. Which obviously shows how much riot cares about this game (means not at all).

I am sympathetic. I really am. We know very well how much it sucks to have someone troll, AFK, or otherwise be an ass. But there is a LOT of noise in the troll-detection system. Everyone, their grandmother, and their dog too are up in arms about the "trolls" they encounter.

For every legitimate troll someone like you encounters, there's a hundred more people that are whining about the "trolls" they encounter. If Riot doesn't ban the play, it isn't because they don't care. It's because they can't watch every single game, and a lot of people cry wolf.

If this is his first offense then the least he can do is get a Chat Restriction, which means he will still be able to play. If not, assuming what he wrote was some of the Zero Tolerance lingo, he could face 2-weeks to a permaban. As long as you reported him, as well as wrote a detailed list of what happen during the game as it would help the system know/understand people who are breaking the rules!

I think.. I've probably reported about 100 people (maybe 200?) over the duration of my gameplay. I've received a notification perhaps 5 times (thanks for the help reporting this player). Thats a pretty large base of players who gets away with ruining games.

Honest opinion, disable chat or leave the game, cause I don't see Riot making the game better in West, East or NA. Heck, recently I made a new account just to start over, and the people leveling up has the EXACT same tendencies with afking, dc'ing, trolling, feeding, flaming, being toxic as bronze, silver, gold, plat and diamond. It only gets better the higher you rank, but its still there.

Mute all and try not to be able troll actions personally. Pay the no attention, report and move on.

Without interaction Trolls are powerless.

Riot only punishes for toxic chat, not for toxic behavior. They might claim that isn't true, but check again in 2 weeks and you'll see, he's still playing. Had the same situation many many times, and never was the guy punished.

But in your case, it seems that he was toxic too, so chances are better that he does get punished! :)
