Yes. This is a unique passive for one champion only as she requires mobility to stutter step her abilities.

Otherwise Nami, Nocturne, vel koz, aurelion, Sona, Kassadin, Malzahar, and more need the same passive.

Well some of them hover due to their powers and such, Nocturne is a ghost entity too.

Well she's floating just because she has that animation, its never stated she has powers to allow that or that there is any reason that she can. That's what I'm saying, most of the characters are able to float because they should or because its stated they can. Not Nami.

It's implied. She clearly does it, so she should/can. Lore doesn't need to state "Nami uses this to float".

It's such a stupid name for a passive. It's a good idea - free up a slot for the lategame to give her that hypercarry feel they want without the forced mini-game, but they really should have put more into it than "Cass won't need boots. What do we call it?" "Just say what it does in the name!"

Actually they called it "Serpentine Grace" in the end. Not sure why "Snakes Don't Need Boots" was put on the webpage, lol.
