When you realise you can't end the game early (before mid game) and botlane early game is mainly a support's game.

Can we give vayne real weakness.

Pick up twitch. As a twitch main, I destroy all vaynes in lane.

"Late game" is a relative term. Eventualy everyone will hit full build. But champions who rely on auto attacks or whom have a lot of % or passive bonuses tend to be stronger in the "Late game". However you can prevent a champion from getting the "Late game" before the game ends, or atleast increase the amount of time it takes them to reach that point. ADC's need their support to babysit them early, and support them late. Vayne is easily punishable in the laning phase. Very few players take full advantage of their powerspikes in any given round. Vaynes first largest power spike in Cutless, while many ADC's first power spike is BF Sword. BF out trades Cutless however Cutless out sustains BF. Trade offs, yeah, but that means you need to change your play style to be hyper aggressive. If you play hyper aggressive, Vayne is either going to get low from not having time to sustain, or will lose farm, which effectively increases the amount of time it will take her to farm up and get to the late game.
