I know that people don't really put a lot of stock in those, but do you agree that she's one of the most difficult champions in the entire roster to pick up and do well with?
Her kit is very straightforward and simple - and you have a radius that shows where your stealth range is. I've played her since the game was released so maybe I'm biased, but she really doesn't seem like a character more difficult than like Shaco.

venomous frost2 votesDifficulty scale is made for new players to give an indicator how hard they are to just pick up and play well with. It is related to skill floor, and in no way gives any indicator to how high the skill ceiling is.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to start out with eve, as her stealth mechanic makes her to be played in a different way than most champions.

But that's not the reason for her being one of the most difficult champions in the entire game to play.
That has to do with her passive which is so OP it means everything else about her has to be a bit sub par, a bit lackluster, which in turn means she's totally reliant on the person playing her to make the right decisions in the game, both tactically and strategically, every single time or they just die and probably lose the game.
Shes one of the most difficult champions in the game not because it takes great mechanics to play her. Shes one of the most difficult champs in the game to play because it takes insane intelligence and awareness to play her. Qualities most league players happen to lack.

I guess but there are a lot of snowball reliant champions. esp 
. jk. But seriously, a lot of champs are dependant on their early game.
But really there are so many champs that require difficult mechanics to pull off, even for a seasoned player. I think 
are all way more difficult to play, mechanics-wise.
And I say this with Evelynn being my #2 champion of all time. For a 3 trick player, this means thousands of games.
