Any plans for KASSADIN- the insane late game facedestroyer but early game 300g minion?

Kassadin is an extremely strong ,if not the strongest late game mids ,he can destroy in 1v1s and and destroy in teamfights ,theres no doubt he is strong.I just think something needs to be done with hes early game ,mids like diana ,leblanc and ahri are strong all stages of the game ( except dianas laning ) ,these champs are likely to get early game kills,snowball and be almost as strong as a late game kassadin.Kassadin is absolutley useless early game,you only have power once you get a few stacks on roa ,i think the way to solve kassadins early game trouble without making him op late game is hes e,it just doesnt make sense that kassadin has to wait for other champions to cast spells before he can cast hes e,while every other champion is allowed to cast any spell at any time.Theres no explanation as to why we have to wait ,its just there.Also maybe increase the ap ratios abit on rift walk and not let it have 10%ap per stack,maybe 5% ap and and have a 50% ap ratio.We look at dianas lunar rush which has much higher ap scaling and base damage than a fully stacked rift walk ,lets not forget the fact that a fully stacked rift walk costs 800 mana. Another way to make kassadins early game a bit stronger is to give him back the silence ,i think a silence would fit perfectly well on kassadin and be healthy on him right now ,maybe on hes e so we get more of a reward for having to wait ,or do something like have e do a percentage of ap that kassadin takes as damage while waiting for it to charge up,just something that would make the wait meaningfull another change could be to make it so hes q can absorb any damage and not just magic damage ,this would make kassadin be able to do something against ad mids - i understand this will take away kassadins identity as an "anti - mage" but it seams as if this isnt at all hes identity any more ,q being the only thing fitting this ,hes identity seams more of a late game ap hypercarry more than anything else So yeah i would just like to know if theres any plans for kassadin ,any comments on why hes so weak early game and why we have to wait to cast e
