Another "Rework Teemo" Topic.

I know this is old, but come on. The dude has had the same kit for years, and it's one of the most toxic (literally) kits in the game. That's not the only thing, though, he's also just a bad champ overall. He's trash in the higher elos, but he's overpowered in bronze because he'll just poke them down and deal insane damage over time. If you're not a spellcaster or diamond and up, you're straight up boned.

And yes, I'm posting this after losing another ranked game to this trash. I went gangplank because I knew I'd need range or he'd just poke me down without a tradeoff. I lost. I probably should have won, but I don't play Gangplank often, and unlike Teemo GP actually takes practice to learn to use properly. Yes, a master teemo will be better than a first time teemo, but it's not that big a difference. They'll still do the same thing in lane, and that's press q and auto you every chance they get, harassing you every time you try to farm and keeping you under turret while still trying to poke you just on the edge of turret range. Good luck trying to get turret if you're laning against him, too, because he'll just keep dropping shrooms in the minion path, making you unable to push. "Oh, well just buy control wards and get sweeping lens!" This doesn't work. You're wasting gold on a control ward that'll last all of 4 seconds before teemo dispatches it, and sweeper's long cooldown means you won't have it every time you need to clear shrooms. Plus you're losing your own wards in exchange, so you lose vision on ganks from the jungle. On top of that, Teemo will just harass you while you're trying to get rid of his shrooms with insane dot on every auto. You can't hit him, you can't chase him, and you can't push against him. Granted, yes, there are certain champs that will beat Teemo, but that doesn't excuse how absolutely toxic he is to lane against. It's like being forced to walk into a wall of needles. "Why don't you just ban him if you hate him so much?" Because to be honest, there are worse champs to lane against, and I try to ban champions that might counter or tilt me hard (coughTryndcough), so I don't always use my ONE ban to get rid of Teemo who I don't actually see too often. Teemo's really annoying, and if he tilts you (which is pretty much his ultimate goal in lane) you will lose. Other champions win because of their high burst, skill, or ability to lock you down. Teemo wins by slowly whittling away your health and sanity auto by auto.
