Buff Strength of the Ages to 400 HP max instead of 300 HP max?

Just wondering if it would be possible to buff strength of the ages to 400 HP max.

At the moment, it's max gold value is about 800 gold. Buffing it to 400 HP would bump up it's gold value up to 1067 gold at max stacks.

Strength of Ages feels pretty lackluster early on and when it scales. Legendary Guardian, the mastery one branch below it, is worth 114 gold per nearby enemy champion.

So with 5 champions present, in a teamfight, it gives 570 gold in stats, which is pretty close to Strength of the Ages in gold value.
