are there going to be any rune changes for season 5?
i dont want to use my hard earned ip on my smurf to be wasted. i want to know if runes are going to change or not before i buy them.

I don't know how long it takes their expert designers to think "maybe runes shouldn't cost the combined total man hours of Chinese sweat shops in IP farming". Aka just make it free so we can actually experiment rather than pay our tax with boilerplate runes and move on feeling like we got robbed.
