Two questions on how Ashe's Ranger's Focus works
Do the Flurries add on to, or replace her regular Auto Attacks? Does the physical damage bonus from Frost Shot only apply once per Flurry?

they replace her auto attacks for the duration of the abiltiy and it should proc on all of them since they are inherently an auto attack i'd imagine
Really?
So effectively you would have the 5 flurries and then the 5 applications of Ashe's Critical Damage? That's a lot of damage :x
ashe doesnt gain increased damage from her crits or at least not alot, her crits increase the strength of her slow on her passive if i remember correctly.
No, read the damage part Frost Shots carefully.
The bonus "Critical Damage" application of it is worded like an on hit effect. So do you apply it once per Flurry?

Effects are only proc once (so no 8 * 5 BTRK % health damage). For the sake of her passive it really doesn't matter how many times it procs considering the damage of each bolt is cut in 5.
In application this means that assuming she's got 50% bonus crit 100 * 1.5 = 150 100 / 5 = 20 * 1.5 = 30 * 5 = 150
The damage ends up being the same regardless. Of course you get a slight damage bonus while flurry is active so your total damage will be a bit higher but nothing insane.
That's...also not how it's worded.
But alright, I'll just treat it as an on-hit effect at this point.

I mean I'm not sure how else to explain you said 5 applications of Ashe's critical damage and frost shot which is what it would do except you then say "that's a lot of damage" and I'm just trying to explain that it isn't.
The extra damage from flurry comes from getting 125% attack damage at max rank and 40% extra attack speed which is comparable to other ADCs attack speed or damage steroids.
No. Kagepaladin sucked at explaining it and "5 applications" and "that's a lot of damage" is what I got out of his bad explanation. I said:
I'll just treat it as an on-hit effect at this point.
Which would treat it as only one application and not that much damage, at least not more than normal.
Here's the math version from what I am piecing together:
Under any normal auto attack, Frost Shots is an additive bonus to your damage. Normal Auto Attacks do 100% of your AD in damage, and Frost Shot will add on [10% + (critical chance × (1 + bonus critical damage)) AD] like an On Hit Effect. Or, 100% AD + [10% + (critical chance × (1 + bonus critical damage)) AD]
Throw in Ranger's Focus now. Instead of adding onto her original auto attack, it replaces it, turning the 100% AD Auto Attack into a 125% AD Auto Flurry: 125% AD + [10% + (critical chance × (1 + bonus critical damage)) AD]
Or to counter what you said earlier about
For the sake of her passive it really doesn't matter how many times it procs considering the damage of each bolt is cut in 5.
It seems to be more like it only procs once, but the damage isn't cut in any way.
Either way, I got what I needed from this. No need to continue.
Once Ashe reaches 4 stacks, she can activate Ranger's Focus to consume all Focus stacks, granting 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% Attack Speed and replacing Ashe's basic attacks with a flurry of arrows resulting in 1.05 / 1.10 / 1.15 / 1.20 / 1.25 of her Total Attack Damage per attack for 4 seconds.
Also as a small aside on-hit effects like Wit's End and Guinsoo's Rageblade do not work, meanwhile Runann's Hurricane does.
"The multi-attack effect is similar to Lightslinger and Double Strike, except that on-hit effects aren't applied by the extra attacks. Triggering Runaan's Hurricane five times is intentional behavior. [2] On-hit effects are disabled on the latter four attacks and will not be triggered even by Wind's Fury. Each flurry only applies on-hit damage from Runaan's Hurricane once. Wind's Fury's splash damage is affected by the damage modifier - dealing 「 15 (+5.75 / 6 / 6.25 / 6.5 / 6.75% AD) damage per arrow 」「 15 (+28.75 / 30 / 31.25 / 32.5 / 33.75% AD) damage per flurry 」 to each secondary target.
And if I remember stating that Ashe doesn't receive extra critical damage cause it increased the power of her slow on her passive. never mentioned whether or not on hit effects procced at all or not at that time.
