PreSeason Clusterfuckery

There is so many tanks around now after the new mastery and all the item changes. WIth the near removal of armor pen tanks have been able to dominate again. you build a ton of lethality, but it doesnt seem to have the same effect that good ol armor pen had.

Also can we get a minor irelia nerf cause holy shit.... ive been watching irelia players build trinity, Lucidity boots... then full tank and even at 40min they are still one shotting our ADC because her base damages + True damage W + Sheen gives her so much ability to ruin your life.

Also Hecarim needs a bit of a tone down (i say this as a hecarim player) i should not be going 11/3/2 when my team is getting STOMPED. honestly i think that they should tone down the E damage and then buff the cooldown. im thinking like -40 damage on the E so yea..... a pretty big hit to the E, but a 18 Sec base cooldown instead of the 23 Base second cooldown

Im not super good at balancing shit, but i constantly hear people praising the E damage on the hecarim subreddit so im figuring its a good place to start.
