Can you implement a rule where you have to have at least 1 FULL rune page to play a ranked....

The last few games I have had teammates who don't even have a full rune page and are playing champs with runes that don't even make sense...Last game had a Twist Fate with half an AD rune page who went mid and built AP and very obviously fed. This has happened my last few games and is entirely unfair to players actually trying to progress, but can't with players that aren't even fully equipped to play a ranked...

Oh ranked requires runes, let me buy the cheapest tier 1 runes I can find real quick, because I want to play ranked and tier 3 runes are expensive as f***. That rule would not solve anything and would only serve to annoy people.

You do know that this rule would mostly result in those same people picking up T1 Runes, right? The entire Rune system is stupid and shouldn't exist at all. It's just an RP scam, meaning it is designed to stress newer players into buying a Champion they really want (or IP boost) with RP because they are being forced to spend their hard earned IP on stat bonuses because others will be superior to them otherwise.

Don't suggest people be forced to get Runes; suggest that Runes be removed or changed into a free system just like Masteries.
