New Idea for Pick and Ban Improvement

Getting your champion banned by your own teammate sucks. Having to use valuable time chatting to determine what people do want banned sucks. Accidentally clicking the wrong champion to ban, or mistakenly thinking it's your turn to pick now but banning your own champion sucks. I propose a new Pick/Ban system which will let each player hover over one pick and one ban that they prefer. This will let their teammates know generally which lane they want (they'll have to specify for champs good in multiple roles), will let the leader know what to definitely NOT ban, and let the leader know what his team prefers to ban. Additionally the leader will not auto-ban the champion he hovers, he'll now have to hover it then Lock In, and it won't be visible to the enemy til it's locked in. All the while the team can change their hover and silently adjust the team comp. No voice, no chat, far more effective in most situations. It would look something like this;

S1----- -- Busy banning. The ban he hovers will ban when he clicks "Lock In" S2----- -- S3----- -- S4----- -- S5----- --

Summoner 1 (S1) will know not to ban those on the right, and his team prefers to ban what's on the left. S5 will have all the time in the world to pick another role if the others don't want to change, since it looks like both he and S2 wants ADC (and S2 wants to ban Luc too). They can type it out if they want to discuss S5 getting ADC even though he has last pick.

I would want this for all draft modes. I do think it could manage with only the Pick Preference Hover to keep the UI simple and looking exactly as it does now.
