The only ones above 54 are Heimerdinger, Annie, and Akali, but it changes a lot depending on rank so none are that dominant(I think Ashe actually has a random 62% winrate in Plat today but that's prob inflated from low play rate). Good job Riot. Good job. You can focus on buffing atrociously weak champions like Evelynn now lol. Or buffing lazer turrets.
