When are you going to buff Lissandra? Her base damages are too low, he scaling is decent but still pretty bad, her passive is really useless compared to every other passive in this game, her ranges are short compared to other mages and she has high mana costs, her movement speed is very low 325, and her abilities feel a bit clunky and slow!

Either you need to rework her or buff her, increase her base damages or scalings or the range on her Q or something, and for the love of god give her a new Passive!

(Passive) Spread the Ice

Feel the Cold - Whenever Lissandra casts an ability this ability leaves behind a trail of 'Black Ice' on the ground for 3 seconds. Enemies on this trail receive 7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% more damage from Lissandra's abilities. If Lissandra herself is on this trail she gains 20/25/30/35 movement speed as well as 10% damage reduction.

Monument for the Watchers - Lissandra can place a "Monument for the Watchers" on the remains of a destroyed tower. This monument spreads an empowered 'Black Ice' in an area around it that doubles every effect of "Feel the Cold" and regenerates 1% of Lissandra's missing mana per second. This Monument remains for 60 seconds and cannot be destroyed in any other way. Furthermore enemy minions inside this area are dealt 10% of their max health per second as magic damage and are slowed by 50%. (180 seconds cooldown)
