Awful change, another good item being randomly removed because it's "under-utilized". I don't know about you but I see every jungler without built-in sustain buying this item because it's pretty much essential. You effectively only spend 250 gold on it since the starter gold is put towards your jungle item + refillable, and then it lasts you throughout the entire game as a cheap, minor healing option as you clear. Removing this is stupid and the excuse given is shallow. Really, all this does is once again limit the jungle to certain champions that can heal themselves, because otherwise they're going to get whittled down heavily by camps like Raptors, which can do ungodly things to you in a back-alley.

This item is never used from silver up. I have seen it in maybe 2 games in my 4 years of playing so removing it was a good idea.

I used it many times but the item is a trap. It promises to be a source of infinite sustain but in reality it doesn't really deliver. It's not really that much more effective than refillables. This wouldn't be so bad except that it't too expensive for what little it offers. Dropping the price or raising the regen would have made it a decent item.
