Most ADCs fit into 1 of 2 Categories. Lane Bully, or Hyper Carry

Does both really well.

This isnt ok. Cait USED to be balanced. Cait USED to be just a lane bully who was a kind of safe late game carry,

Now you may ask, what changed?

Old Cait Headshot had to be stacked up and there were no shortcuts. This meant it was very good in lane but unreliable in late game.

New headshot can be stacked up but there are shortcuts like Double stack rate when in bushes and when you hit someone with 90 caliber net or a trap it gives you a headshot. Also you get increased range to use your headshot making her even safer.

They either gotta nerf her damage or nerf her range. It's too good at all points.

Nerf her range? and loose her identity as a champion? Nerf her damage? on what Q that people already max last againist great champs like kog or damage on net? Or perhaps her headshot damage that deals same damage as it used to when cait builds at least 60% crit?

I'll grant you the net/trap headshot proc that she got in the marksmen rework, but autoattacking from brush has always doubled her headshot stacks.

She does both really well but not the best in either. Want lane bully? lucian will outbully cait anytime. Want hyper carry? Kog, vayne, twitch need 1 kill to overscale you. Cait is as average as it gets. Easy to pick up not too crazy at any point in the game. Also old headshot used to scale in bushes as well, but, it also had fixed damage of 200% instead of scalling with crit. Idk why people cry about cait. Ye her range on lvl 1 is incredibly big. Build dorans shield youll literally heal from her AAs.
