Cmon we have late game adcs with two items. There's no laning phase post 11 and full reset was nerfed in the first place because snowballl in lane. Also you gave Garen his late game tool at 11 lvl.k

Bad balance direction. Darius is almost exactly in the mid of the road among all 139 champions. The only reason he feels weak is because the 60 or so champions who are weaker than he is never get played and darius is constantly playing against top tier champions who outclass him. Ideally, everything above darius should be getting nerfed. If we start buffing champions in darius's tier, we create a two tier balance system where half of the champions are competitive and the other half are completely unusable.

Instead they keep their favoritism to adcs.
