Ulquiorra9953 votesI think that being squishier than a minion, immobile and with only hard CC unavailable till level 6 and on a high CD, and having to go into AA range for most of your damage - and that range just happens to be lower than Leona E/Thresh hook/Blitz hook/Morgana snare/Every goddamn initiation or CC skill available to botlaners tends to require some skill to pull off.

Sona has 919+(1.48AP) in a single rotation. Nami has 1130+(2.2AP)
Sona's damage is more instant and guaranteed, it's also on a slightly shorter CD, but it's not actually higher than Nami's.

Zavern1 votesSona's rework seemed like it was to make her more of a harass and damage support then an actual utility support. Her Q+Lich Bane+Passive hurts like hell, but everything else is mediocre.
