how to tell if someone is truly bronze/silver

if someone tells you to get on jinx because its good for tristana not because its good for jinx (not saying its not...im just saying its not...im allowed to have an opinion on it.) but because its a item TRISTANA can use well. If they completely ignore strengths and tell you there is no other item you should ever get on an adc...they are bronze or silver.

for the people downvoting your either the people im talking about or don't realise the strengths of one champion don't make items godly for everyone.

you know you can look and see right? keep in mind i said truly bronze not just IN bronze there is a difference I was bronze 1 all season a bit back because I never played ranked on that account. there is a difference between being stuck in bronze and not trying to get out.

having good clear doesn't mean shiv is worse,having better clear is better then getting one shot with extra range,and since jinx's attack speed is slowed now when she uses fishbones it isn't as good as it use to be since she takes longer to shoot, also PD is better then rapid firecannon since she can aoe a team and get damage reduction on all of them for 10 seconds or just straight duke it out with them and have the reduced damage.

Does Phantom Dancer really work like that?

"Unique – Lament: The last champion hit deals 12% less damage to you (ends after 10 seconds of not hitting)."

It sounds like it only can apply to one champion at a time -- in fact i think an earlier iteration of the description said exactly that. Plus my understanding is that PD is supposed to be the 'duelist'/1v1 item of the attack speed + crit items.

I would guess the damage reduction would only apply to the person you autoattacked, not anyone hit by the rocket splash.

hmm... must have misread it on pbe...still stands tho she can still get damage reduction on those trying to kill her. I just find it better again i'm allowed to have an opinion.

Oh i certainly didn't mean to say PD is a bad choice. I was just trying to clarify how it works because i'm not entirely sure.

I haven't had a chance to try Jinx during the preseason yet, but i think i'd like to give Runaan's a shot on her for the added AoE damage with the rocket on-hits on the bolts.

It's not that it's a bad item for jinx, it's that the reasoning (it's good on tristana) is flaws. Also, while PD is probably superior, it's disabled last I checked.

at least someone understood the point and pd isnt disabled anymore i was actually told by that tristana that rapid firecannon is far better because it gives extra range

yeah, it's definitely better on tristana who already has stupidly high range, but can work on jinx if you're against a team that you don't want to get close to. otherwise, PD just outclasses it for jinx.

nobody seem to understand that its one shot in the entire team fight and it doesn't increase the range that much anyway if you didn't want to be in range of them with rockets then you shouldn't have picked jinx. one slightly longer shot isn't going to change anything.

It's honestly annoying that everyone Gold + uses bronze and silver as a Derogatory term, as it's something bad.

More likely than not, they were once in Bronze/Silver, people honestly need to stop using it as an insult, it gets annoying.

Errrr... So someone tells you X item is good for tristana so it's good for Jinx? The items those adc build are extremely similar and RFC is good on both

Yea maybe, maybe not. There are other good items out there so I guess it's indeed stupid to say you should only build that.

Uh... To a certain extent. Typically, unless a champion has insane... borderline unreal kit synergy with one item; if that item is really good on him, it should be pretty good on a lot of similar picks. item 3094 IS good on Jinx as well. Gives very similar stats to shiv, more movespeed, slightly less attack speed (mostly unnoticeable). It might be slightly weaker than item 3087 . I don't think item 3046 is much better, it's more of a duellist item. But in any case, it's extremely decent.

no they don't have similar builds apart from the fact they are ad carry's i don't give a fuck if you don't understand it that's your own problem. and i don't have to explain it to you. I'm not wasting my time because your one of the people im talking about. not even wasting my time reading the last part.
