Why do I get Iron 2 in first placement game?
New account. I win the first game. But I get Iron 2. What the hell is this?

What were you expecting? You get huge LP gains during placement matches so they have to start you low.
That is the absolute minimum that you can possibly end with now. That is your rank if you lose all 9 of the rest of your placement games.
You don't lose LP from losses during placement. You only go up with wins.
