Why do other champions that have long cast time abilities get stopped when they get CC’ed, but not Sett. When Sett uses W and gets CC’ed during it, it doesn’t stop and nothing appears on top of his head saying he is Stunned or whatever. It is bullshit.

Aatrox Qs are not stopped by CC,Morde Q cant be stopped, Irelia W does not get stopped, Darius Q&E&R does not get stopped and neither does Garen E, a damn lot of champions do not get their animations cancelled if they have already started.
This is a common mechanic because otherwise melee overall would be too shit in a game where CC is so easily accessible and half of it cant be counterbuilt whatsoever.
majority of skills wont be interrupted. Tris and Ez can be CCd during their dash and it won't stop if the dash fully started
The only thing that gets canceled when CC'd are channels. Cast times and animations aren't channels
