Changes to Dark Harvest

So, after many games with and against Dark Harvest, here are some ideas to fix this broken keystone.

  • Only proc on ability damage. I've had a Zilean proc Dark Harvest by landing a bomb, and only one bomb without it exploding. Same for Ezreal. I killed an Akali last night by landing my w, which procced DH without me actually hitting her afterwards.

  • Do not proc on certain passives, or have reduced damage. Such as true damage passives, or DoT passives like Brand, Malzahar, and Gangplank.

  • Don't proc off items/summoner spells/runes. There is no reason for it to proc off an item. Especially if the item isn't even attached to an ability. I saw Dark Harvest proc off of protobelt. That is a little dumb. There's also no reason for it to proc off of Ignite. Ignite was already buffed during the season, it didn't need another buff. I also had it proc off of scorch. That's a little dumb.

Any other thoughts/ideas are welcome, these are just a few things.

I put a Knight's Vow on someone, and suddenly I was getting 5 dark harvest procs on me at once. Dark Harvest's ability to proc off of items needs to go.

I agree with the only proccing on abilities (and not items) thing, though I think it should definetely still proc on DoTs, summoners, and passives, as this helps DH users catch up when behind (by igniting someone for a DH stack for instance), while not having the greatest impact on oneshotting (if a DoT gets you to 50%, there's no way in hell DH is going to kill you).
