Intermediate Bots Bug

Alright so, something me and a few friends noticed yesterday is that one bot for some reason will not leave spawn, even when our entire team was there from the start. Originally, we thought it was because someone took smite and/or was in the jungle. However, I just played a bot game and none of us had smite nor did anyone start in the jungle.

Here's a screenshot from 9 minutes into the game, when I noticed the one bot wasn't there. As you can tell, everyone but the Volibear bot has items, so he hadn't left spawn at all.

Happens in both beginner and intermediate summoners rift bot games.

We are looking into this! We haven't touched Bots' core AI in a while, so we've gotta really dig through some fettuccine here to see what's going on :<

He's trying to simulate the average AFK player

It's in all of the bot difficulties on Summoner's Rift.
