Morde ult needs some kind of particle.

It really does. More than just the light colored orbs floating around.

I've had 2 of my friends manage to get Morde and each time they used their ult, I didn't even realize they ulted someone. They just disappeared, and when you're in the middle of a team fight and suddenly your teammates icon disappears from the mini map you don't automatically think, "oh cool they just ulted."

It also feels extremely out of place that they just poof out of existence until the ult ends with no particle other than light colored orbs on the ground. Especially since it's an ult that can last up to 7 seconds depending.

It doesn't even need a super flashy particle. It could be something similar to Kayn's ult particle when he jumps into someone, or even a darker/different colored and slowed down flash-like particle. Just something that isn't just him and the enemy poofing out of existence.

Maybe not even a particle but a sound of some kind, sort of like Sion's rage scream(which is terrifying even if he is on your team* or the Pyke music when he's close by and you're in ult range. Anything really, because it is a little off putting to suddenly just have someone disappear with your ally.

I remember bringing this up with my friends when we were messing around last night. I basically suggested a small shock wave to just appear where the two players were to make sure people notice when they get spirited away, (and it looks better than someone just vanishing.)

i hate having morde on my team. he ults my target, and leaves me alone to duel some hyper duelist that he is afraid to get near. Thanks morde.

Playing as Morde in aram, I had a Vayne ult tumble my ult... I started the cast, she tumbled... Nothing happened but my ult went on cd (first Morde bug I've encountered. Only played him once).

But I concur, the shockwave idea is the best... Should be very noticeable someone just got Morded

Yeah, an indicator for the arena (that's on the minimap, too), would be great.

I agree! If the only counterplay to his ultimate is well timed item 3140 then they need to make the channel part of his ultimate more noticeable.

My friend was yelling "OH GOD MORDE GET AWAY FROM ME!" and I was looking at the mini map for him out of reflex and couldn't find him. Took me like 3 seconds to realize he was Morde ulted.

They should have an outline of the champs, I think that would both make it clearer and would look great.

Morde ult needs to have more utility than "press r and hope everyone is too lazy to buy a qss".
