Support fiddle is dead

I get why riot nerfed dark wind. It is unbelievably frustrating to get hit by 3.6 seconds of silence by lucky crow bounces.

But the nerf crushed support fiddle (unintentionally). Support fiddle entire lane phase is about trying to set up really good dark winds. He isn't viable anymore.

Support fiddle isn't about about the fear, 1.5 seconds of CC isn't that great compared to most other support's cc. It isn't the ult that lane makes lane fiddle viable. His ult is so easy to avoid if you know it's coming, and if pretty much always do if he's support. It certainly wasn't the drain - not enough ap to make it relevant and it's leveled last.

Darkwind **WAS **a really interesting spell that **WAS ** what support fiddle was built around. A good darkwind used to do massive damage. If you get manipulate positioning and minions just right you had one of the best support nukes in game. But if you messed up, even a little, typically all you did was steal cs and push the lane. This **WAS ** a great trade off.

Now, darkwind is pretty much always a worst case scenario for support fiddle. You're going to get 10 gold instead of 30. You're gonna push the lane. And you're gonna steal CS.

RIOT PLEASE: revert darkwind but only have the silence trigger once. This way you still get your jungle nerf but you don't destroy lane fiddle.
