If it regened any faster, you'd always have wards up. Then it's just a trinket.

-People don't buy pinks as much as they should. -Blue trinket is visible and cannot be teleported to. -yellow trinket is nice but doesn't give you any stats. -Ruby sightstone gives you 500 hp, (a nice boost for support) and reduces item cd's by 10%. (Also nice for support.) (It wouldn't apply to itself.)
