I must be the only one who thinks Lucian is more broken than Tristana

Have noticed the observations of some people about how Tristana gets banned and then whoever picks Lucian starts with an advantage in the bot lane.

If Worlds seems to matter, then teams have seemingly put a higher priority on Lucian, Corki and even the 'overnerfed' Twitch than picking Tristana after the Group stage. Putting a mana cost on his E again should help with the idea that Lucian should carefully use his E rather than use it willy-nilly for the passive proc or risk taking mana away from using his Q or E when he actually has to escape or pursue a fleeing target.
