Seriously Riot how troll can you be?

Open a chest finally after over a month of no key fragments and get a Blitzcrank shard .. So im like well whatever i have 3800 ip i can just buy 2 champ shards and reroll that will be worth right?

So i reroll the blitz shard a 3150 ip champ, a malz shard 4800 ip, and a tahm shard 6300 ip. I own ever lower ip champ accept mundo he is the only 1350 ip champ i havent bought. so theres like 60 maybe more champs i dont own mundo is the only 1350 champ ritos not going to troll me right...

They gave me mundo ....... [zombie-brand-facepalm] a 1350 champ for over one month of waiting for key fragments plus 3400 ip for the 2 fragments and rito litterally gives me the only 1350 champ i dont own. Thats 2050 ip down the drain. All that time burnt up gone. Thanks for waisting my time with your clearly rigged "reroll" option. More like "rip-off" option.

So unless you own every low ip cost champ never reroll skin shards cuz if you even own one 1350 or 450 champ Rito will make sure thats your reroll prize.
