only adc i enjoy playing but i feel crippled using rockets if corki, graves, lucian, and ez are allowed to remain in their current state, then jinx can get a small buff

I just played her again after not playing her for a while; she felt alright, just needed to re-adjust to the rocket speed.

Jinx is probably in a fine spot. She's 7th most played in high elo, and has a decent win percent (~52%). I don't think Riot will do anything with her for now. She also doesn't seem to be one of their 'favorite adcs' so I'm not sure they'll rush changes to her if she starts under performing.
