Who should i chose?

Im not a pro player. I play top only and sometimes jg, when top is taken. So i want to buy new champ. Currently my favorites is bruiser poppy and bruiser/assasin camille. Here is my list. Please give strenghts or weakneses for them. Azir, kennen, fizz, irelia, jarvan 4, kha zix, kindred, skarner, swain and Viktor.

My 3 favorites is jarvan IV/kha zix(both can build lethality and oneshot adc from unwarded bush), viktor and swain. But i want to play them Top. Not mid. I feel safer and better top. But who to chose? I want to get some kills and push towers. I dont realy care that much about teamfights, becouse 90% of the games everyone is kill greedy assholes who doesnt even take tower after kill. Every enemy engage has to end in punishment. Just like when yasuo E in poppy's W and poppy has to punish him. Hitting yasuo against wall and hitting him with uber powerfull autoattacks and Q

And another question..can kindred be played in lane? Not in jg, but top. Bruiser kindred or assasin kindred. She has burst from dance of arrows but no sustain..vampiric scepter needs to be rushed
