I need opinion on these 2 champs

Sooo..i have allmost 4800ip and i want to but a champ for top lane. Who is tanky, but deals damage too. I have played Poppy the most, becouse she is so incredible to lane with and in easy matchups people even flash when you W if u are ahead...once nasus flashed when i W becouse he knows i can dive tower 100-0 with 300 armor.

I think about Vladimir or Irelia. Which is better? In defensive stats and offensive. I want crowd control too, but top lane only.

As i hate yasuo the most, becouse hey..he's OP. I want to counter him hard as he usualy now goes top lane. Vladimir can easily survive laning becouse he just uses pool and negates all yasuo poke, but irelia depends on mana and has strong laning and when she hits 6 and gets triforce, yasuo can't stop her from agressivity and will need a gank. Please help me decide

This isn't on your list, but you said you want tank, damage, and CC. I play Taric top a lot and it absolutely destroys people if you don't fall behind. If you can get a lead, it isn't even fair because you can ignore towers completely with just 2 items. If you do happen to fall behind, Taric has the highest win rate in the game on games lasting 40+ minutes (last I saw, it was 59% for 40 minutes and 74% for 50 minutes) so just stall and coming back is easy. He does about a perfect divide of magic and physical damage so it is hard to counter build him if he gets ahead. I think the best thing about him is that people underestimate his damage all the time. Knowing your enemy when they don't know you is a major advantage. Here are some of my games with him. The first one was a while ago, but was against Irelia who you mentioned you want to try. I just made her look stupid that game.

Here is a short clip of when I was 2/2/0 with just Iceborn Gauntlet, boots, and a cloth armor to show you the kind of damage Taric can do while still being super tanky. I knew Kayn was coming behind me because he just killed my control ward but I welcomed the 2v1. I forgot to turn off microphone recording so the sound is a little messed up.

oh my.. :D taric is ok i guess. i bought Irelia and i love her just by playing her 3 games max. she has high damage, 1 CC ability and toughness if u build with dead mans and spirit visage. she is ok. Next one on my list is Vladimir, J4 or Gnar. I dont know how to kite properly, but i got mastery 4 with him, when he was free to play. and i like him.

Vladimir-super asshole early game and easy escape from all in(pool) J4(jarvan IV) - asshole early game with poke and slow. when build lethality, that mid lane zed and adc can suffer a lot from roams Gnar-Kiting for months and tankiness when rage bar is managed correctly. easy ganks with him after frozen mallet, put dead mans in and burst+kite and toughness.
