Ornn..op or not..

Soo..tonight i played with friend a match. He took jhin Adc and i went top. With darius. I was against Ornn. Friend said early game was kinda scary. So i played safe until he blew one of a spells on me. Well i fought back with e.w.q and auto attacks and i killed him. Then i killed him one more time lvl9 and then i got fed. Got black cliever, dead mans and thornmail. I knew he's autos is good, but he's abilities were phisical too, so he couldnt do anything to me. So i got tripple next to barons pit and quadra in mid lane with TP. Do i think Ornn is op..no. He is not if you build armor from begginning. Can he still kill you even if u are fed..yes, he has CC with good damage but cant kite good. I think he is good in jungle or support maybe, top is bad spot for him. I dont know how he is against Riven, camille or fiora. But i got fed from him. Ill try tomorrow to play with camille against him. He can build armor, but it wont help with Camille's second Q.(i like to play with camille and Poppy) What do you think about ornn? Is he Op? Or is he too weak? He's early game is good. Shoping with passive is good thing and easy sustain lane. He doesnt have mana problems from what i saw. He is good for teamfights, but i pushed my lane all game so he had to be in he's lane all the time.
