Can we nerf heimer????

If you think teemo is bad, you ain't seen nothin yet. His rockets do waaaayyyy too much damage on their own. And then there are his seemingly ENDLESS turrets! It doesn't help that he gets double the damage on every level. I literally got out of a match in top where people kept saying "he's that powerful because you fed. STOP FEEDING" Here's the thing though, he only killed me ONCE. He's just naturally broken! (and every time I got away, my health was in SINGLE DIGITS) People keep getting salty at each-other after dying and saying "(Insert Random Champ Here) is for noobs and takes no skill." Heimerdinger is that champ but 40 times worse. EVERY heimer main I've ever met has gotten a big head about how "good" they are. You literally put down a turret and wait for people to die. NO skilled required. The dude went 1v3 at level four and WON (with more than half health I should say) If that ain't broken, I don't know what is. He NEEDS to be nerfed....BADLY
