Hey Meddler, hope this finds you soon.

I was just hoping that we could follow up on the changes you said that you agreed to do 27 days ago across 2 patches. Upon looking at 9.3 I noticed nothing about her.

Meddler (NA) I'll follow up on scaling off Elder Dragons taken, hadn't realized that wasn't already in, not immediately seeing any reason it shouldn't be regardless of what else we do.

Meddler (NA) Passive should work on Elder Dragons (pretty sure it always did, if you've got a case in game where it's not gimme a yell).

Meddler (NA) Huh, just checked again and yeah, my apologies, doesn't seem to be working. Could have sworn it was when I looked the other day but certainly isn't now. Will follow up on that, aim to get it in for 9.3.

To everyone else I know Shyvana is not popular and many MANY don't care about her and she is not important. This change is also very insignificant, but it's something. I care about her and just want her to be the best she can. The 10% to dragon did little to solve her problems and the 3% on E was a nice touch, but not enough. For a champion with such a bad early and late game you'd think she'd be a hyper carry mid game. At least this change will give her very small late game assurance.

Shyv isn't bad late game at all.. unless you pick her in the worst comp. possible or facing ultimate peel champions like Braum, Janna, Lulu. I'm not sure about her early because I just try to powerfarm and take objectives/counterjg when I can. Ganks are not really worth it unless near guaranteed.

She's actually performing pretty decently now even in Diamond+ (over 51% with a 2.3% play rate). I'd say she's solid B tier at worst. She could use a little nudge maybe but nothing too significant. Just make sure you go bruiser on her if you want to win reliably. AP is risky and so is glass cannon in general.

Anyway, I agree that she should do damage to all dragons, including Elder. Hopefully, it was just missed in the patch notes.

BTW: I think Udyr might fit your playstyle too if you like Shyv.

Junglers just generally suck late game, especially now with the DH rework. You'd probably do 4-5x more damage late with the old DH and the amount of stacks you'd normally have late, the higher ratios, the soul pickup from dead allies, monsters, enemies etc. for multiple quick procs and so on. For the jungle role, which is really just early-mid game, shyvana's late is pretty good. Even the supposedly "strong" late game junglers like yi, jax, red kayn and so on won't compete with vayne, twitch late game.

You're really underrating shyv and udyr imo. I don't think you are being objective because the data doesn't support your view. Udyr has nearly always been the #2 or #1 best performing jungle even in Diamond+ for the last few months. He may be mained more than often but that's still impressive and he's actually one of the champions I ban frequently (along with Shaco due to his obnoxious mid-late).
